Transforming Coaching: Engage Players Effectively

Transforming Coaching: Engage Players Effectively

’ There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns.’

Edward De Bono.

The Problem with Courses.

There are no Coach training courses that include How to motivate and engage players. There is a serious lack of knowledge or information about this subject in coaching circles. Every day coaches go out to deliver sessions without being aware of or understanding of player motivation and engagement.

When the Opportunity Arises Grab It.

Then one day along came an opportunity for me to hand out a Super Power to engage a player – who was hanging out at the back – disengaged. His name is Eric. This was an opportunity for me to try something different, and it worked. Because of this action, I learned something I never knew before, and because of that I learned to start looking for new opportunities to engage players differently, until finally I began to develop sessions packed with engagement.
