What is it?

It is an idea generating tool.The diagram gives me the chance to be curious, exploring new ideas, and being creative with my solutions.
What does it do?

The diagram is a chance for me to put everything on the table so I can see the bigger picture. If there is something I’m unsure of, I can go research it.
Why is it important?
If I want to extend my knowledge about coaching or instructing, particularly motivation and engagement, then this is the tool that is going to help me.

So, face the new challenge of designing your own problem solving tool. have fun with it, mould it to what you want it to represent, and most of all, go out and test it!
