Why They Don’t Come Back.

The Reciprocity Rule.

As a PT/Coach, you are in the business of making a living. If your clients do not come back, then you will be unable to grow the business. You have to consider how much value you are giving to them. If you give them a reason to return, they will return.

One important motivating factor for their return is if they feel valued. If you take care of them, they will reciprocate and take care of you. If you are the reason why they feel good, they will come back.

Consider that they have arrived after a long day at work where they may have felt undervalued. They assembled their Bionical in hope only to see it dismantled in front of them, and thrown in the bin! (Dan Ariely)

How can you change this scenario? How can you enable them to assemble the bionical, see you put it on the desk with a nod of acknowledgement, of the effort they have put in, and give them another bionical to assemble, and your acknowledgement of their efforts, and to repeat this cycle?
