The value of the exercise session goes beyond the physical benefits; it also deeply impacts how you feel. As you engage in the session, your body releases rewarding messengers such as adrenaline and dopamine, which contribute to an immediate sense of reward and well-being. This amplification of input principle, as referred to by James Paul Gee, underscores how rewarding and beneficial the immediate outcomes of the session can be.
There are several reasons why I will come back for more, and one of the most significant ones is the feeling that I am learning. Learning something new, like a new movement, is incredibly empowering. If I have discovered something new and positive, and I know that I can do it, then I will be curious to come back and learn more.
